I bought some sourdough from a local Farm the other day and it was still warm and to my surprise when I opened the bag it was undercooked but burnt on the outside. π
hmm this is strange, looks like someone was in a hurry and wanted to bake it fast (just an idea)

Oh definitely, it's just my fault for not opening the bag first, they put them in brown paper bag with their logo stamped on it.
Not nice... next time you have to do your own bread π
