Please enlighten the other 30-50% of us that just talk to ourselves constantly and have an overactive talkative brain 😅

Yea seems to be the case. I can’t ever even turn my brain off! (except when going to bed and sleeping, which i realize is pretty lucky haha. My wife isn’t so lucky at having an off switch at night!) I feel like that is partly what makes childhood so rough. Kids have all these thoughts going through their head, maybe sometimes an overwhelming amount, and can’t decifer what is real and worth spending time thinking about, and what is just your overactive brain spewing random shit at you 😂

Mine turns off 50/50 at night, guess it depends on wether I found something interesting during the day!
