Yeah the brain fog. Sometimes can't even figure out basic stuff.. like 1+1=2 level stuff. Other times just flat out unable to do things that their literal experts in. 🤯
The sick days are out of control. I don't know how businesses are going to survive as their productivity falls and errors increase.
I am full on employing AI… it has upped my game by 10 fold and when I grasp agents another 10… anything born before 2005 I do not hire and cannot even deal with…
It is going to be an interesting 10 years 😧
