Yep had big issues too, and then a forced close so I quit sadly.
I'll wait until the UX is acceptable, which is not yet the case it seems.
It's a shame since it could have been a banger to have a LN wallet directly in Green, with seamless atomic Liquid swaps and all.
Also, the “Empty Lightning Account” in the latest version of the app doesn’t work either. I guess I’m never getting this “refounded.”

Yeah I guess it's just a way to say "close the channel" but in pleb language.
If your channel is inactive for whatever reason this can't work.
Isn't there an option to force close a channel in Green ?
Anyway we must remain grateful for those who build this tools for us to use for basically free IMO
Try again to contact their support it will eventually be solved.
