Anyone have any thoughts on EMF blocking cases for iPhones? Legitimately beneficial or scare tactic/scam?

If legit, any recommendations?

Nah, basically gimmicks. If this is for health, would recommend grounding pads for all electronics, and basically don’t hold your phone if it’s on…
