I haven't changed my daily routine except that I'm sleeping better and getting up earlier and doing somewhat more work outside. I am fairly active at work. It hasn't been a perfect 3 months as life and sickness have gotten in the way a bit. But I still have a long list of significant health improvements I could talk about.
My goal originally was to go for 3 months and see how it went. At this point I plan to keep on until the excess fat comes off which for me is at least 10 more pounds, probably 15-20. I did need to lose some weight but weight loss wasn't really the main thing for me. Nevertheless I think I'm down over 20 lbs already with no calorie restriction, and have put on a lot of muscle. Before I could put on muscle and maintain my weight, but I couldn't lose weight.
