Liana can’t do this. But it’s close. Liana doesn’t support absolute time for time locks…maybe this is a limitation of bitcoin script, I’m not sure, but Liana only lets relative time locks up to 65536 x 512 seconds…i thought there was another way of using the same bits with a different flag to represent absolute block height, but maybe I’m wrong.

Old school bitcoin wallets would let you time lock transactions. New ones don’t.
