Something I do every single day…

When I wake up I go outside.

I watch the sunrise.

I have a big glass of water.

Obviously I have my coffee.

And while the first sunrays touch my skin…

I stretch my body.

I speak strong and powerful words to myself.

Because that’s where it all begins…

in my thoughts.

Then I turn those thoughts into emotions.

I close my eyes.

Look into the sun.

Drink the water.

Let the vibration flow through my body.

Thoughts (Energy)becomes emotion.

Emotion becomes words (energy)

Words become action (energy).

My action becomes my reality.

And I’m relentless.

It helps me…so it might be helpful for another npub out there 🤷‍♂️
