I agree. However, Ross Ulbricht knew he was breaking the law in his country. He should have either moved to another country where his website would be considered legal or refrained from doing it altogether. That was my point at the start of this conversation.

Well, I don't think Ross signed a contract or anything.

These "laws" he broke are worth nothing, they are imposed one-sided from "the government" and you can't opt out.

He is a native american, born in texas. Why should he move?
