Totally. I had a narcissist boss. Fuck it was insane. If I did wrong, I was punished for not knowing. If I did good, I was punished because it was not under his direction.
For years I didn’t understand what was going on. I was made to actually believe it was always my actions that were wrong. Until one day I woke up. And that this narcissist will never be satisfied, and that the only satisfaction was stroking his ego.
I resigned immediately after I came to this conclusion. Best decision of my life.
