I was the opposite, I went from low carb nearly carnivore, always craving chocolate and struggling with my weight because of eventually giving into those cravings. Now I have been vegan for 15 years and feel better than when I was younger 😊

I have trouble with nearly carnivore too. When I take in any carb at all my old addiction returns in a frenzy. If I hadn't felt so hopeless to do something drastic as strict carnivore for 90 days I wouldn't have ever found out my allergies, chronic back pain, heart burn and low energy could have been helped without the drugs I was taking.
