Did you get a mandoline?

Not yet. Fiat money has been tight lately and I want to get a stainless steel glove first (whivh also has not happened yet).

But I don't use the mandoline for processing turmeric. I use a grater instead.

Then what do you do with the turmeric? Food, medicine ….

Food. We cook a fair amount of Indian food, so a year's harvest is not as much as a year's supply, but maybe that will change as we level up our growing skills.
