Could be, sample size of one so I don't have much to go off. I normally do fire cider, supplements and salt water gargles. Added the onion honey this time.

I forget about salt gargles this time around. I would say roughly same level of efficiency. Helps to lower it but not cure.

My sample size is 1 as well. Could be anecdotal
