Seeing the fact that someone reported your post as a good signal is about as moronic as seeing it as a bad signal.

It actually doesn't mean anything about your post, good or bad. In fact, even if the report is 100% factually correct, it does not mean you broke any rules, at all, since the idiotic NIP for reports has nothing to do about what rules relays choose to apply, or even about whether anyone is uncomfortable about anything. Instead, it is based on the arbitrary restrictions of one company, unrelated to Nostr, in one country.

Reports are meaningless.
