Fixed the crash the other day. Does the unfollow issue persist after restart?

Im guessing whats happening is that the phone first receives an older list, then subscriptions are created with that, then when the latest list is fetched, the subscription is not updated. Lemme just update it to use the contact list from nostrdb and it should fix any race conditions like this.
