GM☀️ I have this no coffee policy on Saturday. Let the body speak its mind…
GM my fren! I feel you. I‘m trying out intermittend fasting, i.e., don‘t eat anything between 6 pm and 10 am. And that includes no milk in coffee… Since I‘m not so much a black coffee guy, that‘s quite a challenge! But an entire day without coffee 😵💫🫨 Kudos for keeping it up!
