Or just tethering with USB. Even this is too complicated. You have to choose a mode?? Seriously? What is this, 95? 😂

FWIW, I just tried between two machines: one running Arch (btw) and another running Ubuntu. It worked flawlessly and quickly.

When Localsend works, its like butter.

When Localsend device A does not discover and see device B on the same network and vice versa I am at a loss.

This is ancient tech compared to p2p wifi which works even when you’re not on a network at all. Linux should just add the capability, not sure why it still does not have this.
