The Common Law—

*If asked to show a driver's license, state that you are not your name, you are showing the license only "under duress and threats of menace, and in the spirit of cooperation." and that you do NOT wish to enter contract and you waive all rights and privileges under their law. This is a statement of no wish to contract with them or their system. They then do NOT hold any jurisdiction and cannot act further. IF they still want to issue a fine, take it politely, again state "under duress" etc. What is said and done by a witness or accused under duress and threats of menace is NOT admissible in any court. THEN when more fines arrive in the mail, write "return to sender" - do NOT open the envelope (use your judgement - usually an official window envelope with YOUR ALL CAPS NAME). Maintain your cool. Be polite. Do not say anything else. Restate your wish to maintain your right to remain silent over and over. They will have better things to do eventually (they are busy). This way maintains your status in "honor" and forces them into stalemate.
