Today was the first day i got 100 pushups in.

My arms are soar, no way i will be able to this tomorrow on my own.

Any tips

Don’t push yourself too much.

Aim for, say, 40 a day in several goes and then increase progressively.

Patience is the key in everything.

Do it tomorrow. Your brain is telling you there's no way and your brain is wrong.

Split them over the day tomorrow, 20 in the morning, 20 + 20 after lunch and 20 + 20 on the evening

Do wide and diamonds. They will be much harder but you can do less but they will train some the muscles you use for your 100 and will put the focus on those.

Try to set a (new?) goal. Doing 100 a day every day is very possible. I did 40 navy seal burpees (1 burpee is 3 strict pushups basically) for more than a 100 days straight. I still do them every day i don't go to the gym.
