If an actual effective and safe 'vaccine' was produced, there would be no need to mandate anything because the results would be self evident. That's how it became clear that the efforts of the last few years were indeed a psyop, entirely fictional claims.
If a product works, there is no need for others to 'comply' in order for that product to work for someone who has taken it. I'm sure he could understand that, but his true character is overshadowing basic deductions.
I think what he doesn't get is that a significant portion of the US has awoken to the repeated abuses of trust in all government agencies. We have no reason to believe that kids are "stacked in parks" nor that a "safe and effective vaccine" exists.
