important to remember the reason elite profiteers encourage conflicts is because the profit lies in the reconstruction contract/projects after it is allowed to end. the fight is not about unwillingness to end the conflicts - the fight is over who gets to profit from the redistribution of assets and claim the value. no one with any sense is pretending gaza or ukraine is not a dialed state. they are fighting behind closed doors for who gets the spoils. and the answer is: no one has the funds or the political power to manage gaza as an independent state (which it would not be with foreign interference) except israel; and the same goes for ukraine and russia.
