We have to admit that a lot of great guys have come to nostr and then just left. Yes I know we are so cool the open protocol is so amazing and the zapping is so fucking great, but as a social network, that is a fact that people came here and we failed to make them stay. We have to figure out why they left and what can we learn from where they go. We don’t win by mocking property products, we win by building on top of better fundamental protocol with better UX and cooler feature that doesn’t exist on property products.
Discussion
Who have we lost? Nostr is a work in progress… only a few devs are building for Nostr full time. That’s why I love it, we get to see it take shape, and might even contribute to the directionS it will take. Some people need the polished final productS and a more diverse community. When we hit critical mass the explosion will be an advertisement in itself.
Very true
Tech needs to be directed by the culture. Culture is reshaped by tech.
