This model of having a dozen indians with access but no knowledge, and one american who actually know the stuff and can troubleshoot but no access (because he covers several teams of "don't know indians") is not good. It has been done to me, but the way this guy is having to teach the indias how to make firewall changes on the fly is painful (after seven hours is painful for everone).

Aren't Indians referred to as native Americans these days?

The politically correct way for U. S. natives that are not white (even though many whites and other races also were born in U. S. , so are natives to american too) is native americans.

But in the original post I am referring indians from India, not Indians from casinos.
