After 1500 miles and one blowout later the replacement rim for my e-bike arrived today. If you are in the market for an e-bike you should consider LEctric bikes. The bike is durable and their support is excellent. It only too two emails to get my replacement rim shipped out. They were even gracious enough to replace it at no cost after I showed them the damage.
