Damn it, I hate that Primal does not have any attempt deletion feature. I'm fully aware that relays don't have to honor a deletion request, but the option should at least be there.

Yeah, they should add the functionality to send a delete request.
I’ve used https://delete.nostr.com/ before, and it works great from my experience.
I also have a client called voyage installed on my phone with amber as its signer and it has the attempt deletion feature so that's how I did it.
