Slaves didn't pay taxes, because they were forced to work with out pay, they didn't have voting rights either.

If we all went for this type of situation, the military industrial complex would simply exploit us even more to wage war at an even larger scale. But I guess the guy who doesn't pay taxes doesn't care about innocent children dying over seas from his work 😉
