I see this as a stand alone note. Which app are you using to post nostr:npub1gzuushllat7pet0ccv9yuhygvc8ldeyhrgxuwg744dn5khnpk3gs3ea5ds and which note are you replying to?

I think it is because we don't reply to the e-tag, but to the a-tag so that when the version changes, the reply stays.
