May sound like a stupid question, but what is the purpose of reporting on Nostr and who moderates it?
Do the relays just not share your posts?

The report is saved on relays and each client/relay can create their own filtering options to avoid them. Lots of options out there. From those that just ignore it to those that delete everything that has been reported. It all depends on your relay list and the client you use.
