npub.cash v2 allows you to change your username as often as you like.

You send a post request with your new username and some sats in the header and the server updates your username.

I've got an npub.cash username claimed with my nostr profile. Is it somehow possible to use the same username in cashu.me except providing my nsec?

Yes, you can use a NIP-07 signing extension to login to cashu.me with your nostr profile
