Just to lay this out there, the phrase "Store of value" is a speculation upon the future and what you will want and need.

If I store grain "knowing" I will need things to eat, I assume no better way to feed myself will exist. I assume that my grain will be edible. I assume that I will want grain.

This applies to EVERYTHING yes, including Bitcoin. You assume that people will take bitcoin for goods, services, and so on, in the future. You assume there will be no better way to transact. You assume that the sofware will not break.

These may be better or worse assumptions but they ARE assumptions. Bitcoin is not a foregone conclusion but you can make it a reality.
