I reckon if you bought a home before 2006 and/or got a rental you going to cling to high house prices and be changing the working hard mantra

The whole world thinks house prices should be high and huge premiums. Much of the debt is maturing, so they need plenty of new debt soon if they gonna keep the scam going.

Take out a loan on getting a loan or something…

Currently there’s no real mechanism for getting under 18s into debt, maybe increase play school fees. Gotta be a way for kids to rack up some debt before going to university .
