Check out Highlighter, I tried the browser client.

I have, I just want relays to pull long form content from. Without kind 1s.

Pabloverse has the 140 max characters relay. Suppose you could easily build e.g. minimum 5000 / whatever char relay

you can just limit the relay to only accept kind 30023 (long form) reject everything else. Basically a relay that only supports nip-23
