Most of the attractiveness indicators are really just health indicators.

Subconsciously, women want to be sure that the man will be a good provider and will be able to protect them.

Subconsciously, men want to be sure that the woman will be able to carry, give birth to, and feed a healthy child.

Unhealthy women sometimes look attractive when they get a lot of sunlight during the summer, but unhealthy men always look like shit.

A Carnivore diet (meat, raw milk, raw eggs, raw animal fats) + maximizing sunlight (no polyester clothes, no sunscreen, no eyeglasses, no contact lenses) heals almost everything.

What’s the problem with polyester clothing? And if I didn’t wear glasses it would be difficult for me to read sometimes. Everything else seems reasonable.

Polyester is plastic, so your skin is absorbing microplastics in the sun, you're breathing in microplastics, it also blocks sunlight, whereas cotton does not.

When you wear sunglasses/eye-lenses/glasses you block indirect sunlight coming into your eyes. If you have to read, you have to read, otherwise, you can take your glasses off and never wear sunglasses.

Sunglasses just block UV and distort the spectrum. UV is the key thing you need, so you don't want to block it.
