Zeus+alby is very noob friendly imo they have a guide that is pretty well followed couple steps linked below.

Its a pretty simple thing to follow and depending on your friendship it being a one time setup you can help them thru it imo
For sure, but maybe it's a slightly more advanced thing to set up. As a first intro WoS seems the best option (atm). Something they can do themselves and have it up and running in seconds
