it's already hard to find anything with a reasonable price for accommodation now, it's always pretty tight but seems like the conference may be adding to it

property prices here are ridiculous, and the locals hate it, it's one of the things that grinds people's gears in this place, and it's because of tourism and banks

i think it's worth coming to see this place though, i live here now and i don't have any plans of leaving anytime soon
