I think you can as long as you have the seed phrase, since it’s not part of the backup.

No you can’t if you set a passphrase. I think they removed that function.

But couldn’t you restore it with another wallet like sparrow?

When I set mine up it just had a password option, not an β€œextra word” passphrase.

Not if you have any lightning channels. Maybe another non custodial lightning wallet

This needs to be emphasized more, because people may not realize Lightning needs an active connection to work. You can always close your channels and restore the balance on-chain, but you’ll need your seed phrase to access the funds.
