When all #bitcoin are mined , will it still be called #mining ? #askNostr .. I guess a better name is #blocking :-)

I think it will. Probably won't be around to find out, but the terms we use for things tend to be sticky, even if they are not accurate representations of what is happening. They'll still be "mining" for a hash that meets the required difficulty, so the term will still work even if it is imperfect.
