Yestrday was a rest day for me before DAY 3 of running efforts till I run a #marathon non-stop. I worked on my core, doing exercises. Imagine finishing a marathon decked with a six pack! But apparently core strength helps you do everything else better, faster, or with more endurance and strength: namely running and swimming.

I ran 4k at perfect pacing today. Check out the numbers:

This pace will take me to to 42k non-stop. I'm #unstoppable.
