Yamaha Corporation
(Yamaha Kabushiki gaisha) is a musical instrument and audio equipment manufacturer.
Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd. (Yamaha HatsudÅki Kabushiki gaisha)
Started as an affiliate company under "Nippon Gakki Co. Ltd." and was spun off later. As it's own entity.
They're two separate companies.
