Do any fitness watches take measures to protect your privacy?

I’ve always avoided them but wondering if heart/sleep tracking benefits are worth the trade off

I think the location tracking is most scary. Heart rate, blood pressure, sleep tracking not so much. Is there one that doesn't track location?
