Yes.
One of the biggest comments of newcomers to nostr and Damus was and is “oh this is only for bitcoiners”.
The job to be done of the Damus suggested profile during onboarding feature is to show that nostr is for everyone: farmers, parents, artists etc.
Specifically I thought it would help to not scare away newbies by capping at no more than 20% btc/nostr profiles.
List is not exhaustive or perfect. You can blame me for all the mistakes.
