When my daughter got a job as an elementary lunch lady, I thought of pizza pockets and hot dogs. Not pasta salads, quesada and fresh veggies and chicken parmesan. Today's was Italian sausage, mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.
All on the same budget as last year's store bought freezer food.
