Não é em mega escala mas localmente.

Usam serviços metereológicos para ver qual tendência de clima pra tal local em tal dia e aproveitam pra agir com sua tecnologia nesse local pra agravar o evento.

But we do have climate attacks happening.

Not on a mega scale, but locally.

They use meteorological services to see the weather trends for a given location on a certain day and take advantage of it by using their technology to worsen the event.

P.S.: If there's already poor management, like in RS 🇧🇷, it makes it even easier.
