I totally get that processed meat is bad. But ehm… how do you find the time to research on stuff like that? And where do you get non-processed meat?

Start with reading fiat standard.
After that there are some good books or podcasts recommended by Saifedean. Like ‘Deep Nutrition’ & ‘Fiat Food’
Follow people like Paul Saladino, Catherine Shanahan, Dr Shawn Baker, Joep Rovers (Dutch guy),..
You’ll find more new people, podcasts and book to study it (again just like you did with BTC)
My diet now consists mostly out of:
- animal/saturated fats (stop the seed oil garbage)
- meat
- eggs
- raw milk
- raw honey
- fruits
- veggies
- sourdough bread (no not the garbage from the grocery store. Teach yourself the skill to make it)
I can say for myself that I’ve never been in a better shape, I have never felt more energetic and focused. No more brain fuzz. Pure mental and physical focus. It’s really insane
But again, I don’t believe that every human being thrives on the same food. So it’s a journey for everyone. You’ll easily find what feels good for your body and what doesn’t.
And ofcourse don’t forget to lift those weights!

Lastly you ask me where I buy non-processed meat? Pretty easy. For example good butchers or local farmers. It’s seems difficult to find but if you start looking into it, you’ll find it easier than you might think.
