I've heard it said that "Bitcoin is Proof of Work. Fiat is Proof of War."

Not only do I find this to be brutally true, I (like I think many of us do) think we're likely to see a lot of expansion of the true fiat backing in the coming months and years.

But, maybe after this phase of geopolitics slows we'll see a time in which Proof of Work can make the Proof of War fiat undesirable for the majority of the world.
