I just support view the nip-94 event and will not support publish it for now.

Well, if the hash doesn't match, you should not display it. I need to see if my hash works.

Yes, it should notice user that the image has bean chang. 👍

but i has a little worried that client will take a lot of cpu to verify the hash.

There can be used pHash too. If a new image will be compressed then pHash-es will be same or 1-2 bit differents only

user use the free image service, maybe the image service will compress the image in the future and at some scene the client want to get the thumbnail.

These both will make image hash different with client uploaded.
