Nope. Don't eat a lot of sugar either.

I used to do some of those standard addiction things but I've been focusing a lot on cleaning up and finding productive ways to get my fix. I'm mostly down to my phone now for easy dopamine sources. Productivity is up because "I finished a cool thing" is the only way to get my fix.

Isn’t it strange that we have to balance these chemicals to avoid feeling like shit or getting addicted? I remember using TikTok many years ago and I could feel myself getting hooked on it, forcing me to delete it for good
