Interesting, thanks for adding this and bringing it up! Although, my relay doesn't use nostr-rs-relay currently, I wanted to see if this was available in nostr-ts-relay/nostream which is what my relay runs and I was surprised to see the option there. I'm going to try adding 70202 there and see how it functions. Is there an example spam message that you are aware of that uses this event 'kind'?
