I really want to try #Debian. My impression is that it's a little bit harder than #Ubuntu and Ubuntu-based distros (I'm using #pop_os).

If I switch to Debian, what will I miss from Pop_OS?

At this time, Debian 12 is on Gnome 43 while Pop!_OS 22.04 is still on Gnome 42. Pop has latest stable kernel though while Debian is probably on an LTS kernel.

Also, unlike Pop!_OS, Debian will let you install and try multiple DEs alongside each other.
