Looks interesting. Currently using Joplin but could see switching to this if I can self-host the sync server.
yeah, it's like a privacy focused, open source workflowy on steroids. honestly couldn't image using anything else at this point. it's that good.
The encrypted sync requires monthly subscription?
not yet, but it will. you can use syncthing for global sync if you don't want to contribute to it's open source development and maintenance. try out the free version. i think you'll see it's well worth it. you can save the vault to nextcloud etc as well.
